Terms Of Service Agreement
Welcome to Cleardeals, a brokerage-free real estate service platform. By registering your property with us, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.
Service Scope & Property Registration
Clients are advised to register their property at prevailing market rates for optimized lead response.
The volume of enquiries may fluctuate depending on property condition, pricing, market dynamics, location, and seasonality.
Once registered, your property listing will be promoted across multiple platforms and Cleardeals' partner networks for maximum visibility.
Site Visit Protocol
Buyers may directly contact you or visit the property at their convenience.
Cleardeals does not accompany or mediate during site visits. Our role is limited to generating verified leads and facilitating communication.
Non-Cancellation & Non-Refund Policy
Once the service is initiated and payment is received (partial or full), the service is deemed active and cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
Service fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the property is sold, leased, withdrawn, or held during the service duration.
Part-Payment Terms (If Applicable)
In select cases, Cleardeals may offer a Part Payment Option for seller convenience.
Under this offer, the client agrees to pay an initial 50% of the service fee. The remaining 50% must be paid immediately upon receipt of token amount for the property, if the transaction is a result of Cleardeals' efforts during the service period.
Failure to fulfill this obligation will be treated as a breach of agreement, and legal recovery of dues may be initiated if required.
Refund Disclaimer
Clients are not entitled to a refund in cases where:
The property remains unsold due to overpricing or owner-specific terms.
The client postpones or withdraws the sale during the service tenure.
Buyer visits occur but the transaction is not finalized due to personal or legal issues.
Any refund eligibility, if applicable (e.g., under a specific Money-Back Plan), shall only apply to the base amount and must meet all the pre-defined criteria mentioned at the time of plan selection.
Service Validity
Each plan comes with a fixed service duration. Once the validity period ends, all services will be discontinued automatically, unless renewed in advance.
Call Recording Consent
All interactions with Cleardeals executives may be recorded for quality assurance, training, or legal purposes.
