Cleardeals Seller Service Refund Policy
At Cleardeals, we strive to provide transparent and performance-driven real estate services. This policy outlines the refund terms applicable to our Seller Service Packages under the Quick Sell – Money Back Program.

50% Money-Back Guarantee Clause
Clients are eligible for a 50% refund on the basic package amount (excluding GST) only under the following conditions:
The property is successfully sold through any external or third-party source during the service tenure.
The client postpones or withdraws the selling decision within the service period.
The property remains unsold despite Cleardeals' efforts throughout the committed service duration.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5 working days from the date of eligibility confirmation.
Policy for 50% Advance/Part Payment Option
If the client opts to pay 50% of the total service fee upfront, the following terms shall apply:

For the Platinum Plan, the initial payable amount would be ₹15,000 + 18% GST = ₹17,700.
The remaining 50% of the service fee will be due only upon receipt of the property sale token via Cleardeals.
Non-Refund Conditions
If the client sells the property independently or via external reference.
If the client cancels, delays, or withdraws the sale decision within the active service period.
If the transaction fails due to reasons not attributable to Cleardeals (legal, financial, or personal reasons).
In any of the above cases, the initial 50% payment shall be non-refundable, and Cleardeals will not demand the balance amount.
Refund Disclaimer
Clients are not entitled to a refund in cases where:
The property remains unsold due to overpricing or owner-specific terms.
The client postpones or withdraws the sale during the service tenure.
Buyer visits occur but the transaction is not finalized due to personal or legal issues.
Any refund eligibility, if applicable (e.g., under a specific Money-Back Plan), shall only apply to the base amount and must meet all the pre-defined criteria. Lead generation results may differ depending on market response, and Cleardeals does not guarantee specific outcomes. If you are eligible for the Quick Sell Money Back Plan (as per the service amount paid at the time of registration mentioned on the website), you must submit a written request to claim the eligible refund amount.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable under all conditions:
These services involve immediate resource allocation, partner coordination, and backend processing—hence, once initiated, no refunds shall be issued.
Additional Notes
Refunds apply only on the base package amount. GST and taxes are non-refundable.
Refund claims must be raised in writing with supporting documentation.
This policy is subject to change without prior notice based on operational or legal compliance requirements.
